License: Must have a permanent Ohio license in hand at time of submission.

Certifications: ACLS, BLS

Must-Have: One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required to qualify for submission. Required certifications must be active with nothing pending.

Description: We are seeking a Cath Lab Tech to work in a cardiac interventional lab. The ideal candidate must be proficient in handling various catheterization procedures. The tech will be responsible for assisting the physician during catheterization procedures, monitoring patient vitals, and managing equipment. Routine assessments of equipment must be performed to ensure readiness. The candidate will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide the best patient care. ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate tests will be required during orientation, with acceptable scores needed to pass. Candidates must be nicotine-free, and a negative drug screen is required within 12 months prior to start. Compliance with regulations regarding background checks is mandatory. The facility has a strict do-not-call policy, and candidates must complete onsite fingerprints prior to their start date. All required modules must be completed before starting. Candidates may extend their contract with the client for a period of 18 months, after which a 6-month break is required.
