Workforce Development Trainer & Instructional Designer LOCATION: Mount Vernon, OH, USA Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development or related field 2 - 5 years of experience facilitating instructor‑led training or leading group learning experiences Demonstrated ability to engage audiences and lead effective group discussions Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Ability to create a positive and psychologically safe learning environment Experience supporting training department or instructional design preferred Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus Familiarity with e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate) and blending learning approaches preferred What We Are Seeking We are seeking a dynamic and people‑focused professional to join our Training & Development team in a facilitation‑centered role.
