Roofing COO

Roofing COO

A residential roofing contractor is looking to bring on a new COO. This position will be a part of the leadership committee as the company implements their growth strategies over the coming years. A high level of roofing experience and passion for leadership are required.

Roofing COO Duties and Responsibilities

Planning, forecasting, budgeting with profitability in mind
Creating, implementing, and holding team accountable to KPIs
Assist team on complex projects - review bidding and help with logistical planning
Lead negotiations with subcontractors and manage scope/division duties
Stay up to date with industry trends to advise on new technology and methods to implement
Ensure safety standards are meet, both company policies and industry regulations

Roofing COO Qualifications

10+ years of experience in commercial roofing/construction
Experience in senior management
Read and interpret financial documents
Ability to work with and manage different personalities (vendors, clients, team etc)

Roofing COO Compensation

Top level salary based on experience
Aggressive incentive compensation structure
