Meiers Mechanical seeks an Electrical Manager to lead the electrical scope of residential and light commercial HVAC projects across the Kansas City metro. In this hands-on leadership role, you will plan, schedule, and oversee electrical installations, service, and upgrades for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Responsibilities include code-compliant wiring, panel work, troubleshooting, inspections, and quality control. You’ll mentor technicians, coordinate with customers and project managers, ensure safety and NEC compliance, and support estimating and material planning in a service-focused, team-based environment.
