Sign Production SpecialistFASTSIGNS #110301 is hiring for a full-time Sign Production Specialist to join our team!A Successful FASTSIGNS Production & Install Support Specialist Will:Assist with day-to-day production tasks including cutting, assembling, cleaning, laminating, and preparing sign materialsFollow layouts and work orders to apply vinyl or printed graphics to various substratesHelp operate and maintain shop equipment such as printers, laminators, saws, and basic power toolsSupport installation projects as needed (on-site training provided)Use hand tools and saws safely and confidently for basic fabrication and assembly workPerform quality checks before and after production to ensure accuracy and workmanshipHelp maintain a clean, organized, and safe production and storage areaAssist team members as needed to keep projects moving on scheduleIdeal Qualifications:No sign industry experience required – we will train the right candidateComfortable using hand tools, saws, and light power equipmentMechanically inclined or enjoys working with tools and building thingsHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to stand for long periods (4+ hours)Ability to lift 50 lbs or moreAbility to perform physical, hands-on work (this is a labor-intensive role)Reliable, willing to learn, and able to work well as part of a teamAbility to work under pressure while producing high-quality workWhy FASTSIGNS?Do you enjoy working with your hands?
