Shift Manager This entry‑level supervisory role at Moe's starts you on a path toward a restaurant management career. The ideal Shift Manager is a confident decision‑maker who has experience in fast‑food or restaurant work and can communicate effectively, both written and verbally. They will lead a team during each shift and help train team members. Key Responsibilities Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures and safe working procedures Manage food and labor costs Execute company policies and procedures Monitor inventory levels Provide proper training for team members Anticipate and identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective action Maintain fast, accurate service, provide excellent customer service and meet and/or exceed both company and customer expectations Report directly to the Assistant Managers and General Manager Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Must pass a background check and a drug test Experience in fast‑food and/or restaurant work Strong written and verbal communication skills Location Moe's Brentwood Pay & Schedule Hourly Pay plus tips: $18‑$20 per hour (tips add $2‑$5 per hour).
