As a Junior Recruiter, you’ll learn the recruiting industry hands-on while helping candidates find work and supporting companies with their hiring needs.

What You’ll Do

As a Junior Recruiter, you’ll be trained to:

• Source and recruit candidates for skilled trades positions
• Screen applicants and conduct phone interviews
• Build relationships with employees and clients
• Post and manage job ads across recruiting platforms
• Help match candidates with the right job opportunities
• Follow up with employees throughout the hiring process
• Learn recruiting strategies, office processes, and staffing operations
• Support branch goals and team hiring efforts
