We’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) rehabilitation team for an exciting 13-week travel assignment . This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients’ communication, cognitive, and swallowing abilities while exploring new locations and gaining valuable clinical experience. What We Offer Competitive weekly pay Housing and travel stipends 13-week travel assignments with opportunities to explore new locations Dedicated support throughout your assignment Supportive interdisciplinary rehabilitation team Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized speech-language therapy plans Provide treatment for speech, language, cognitive, and communication disorders Assess and treat swallowing and feeding difficulties as appropriate Implement therapeutic exercises and evidence-based interventions Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Collaborate with nursing, therapy, medical, and other interdisciplinary team members Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with SNF guidelines Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment strategies and recommendations Promote patient safety, independence, and quality of life Requirements Active SLP license or eligibility for state licensure ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred/required as applicable SNF experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent clinical judgment and documentation skills Compassionate, patient-centered approach Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced interdisciplinary environment Ready to take your SLP career on the road?
