Island Cars LLC is a locally owned, family-operated car rental company that has proudly served residents and visitors on Kauai for over 26 years. We pride ourselves on delivering a local, stress-free experience.

Job Summary

Looking for a stable, long-term career path with incredible growth potential? Island Cars LLC is seeking a high-energy candidate to anchor our daily business in Lihue, HI. This hybrid position is the ultimate anchor role, perfectly blending office administration, customer service, and hands-on fleet logistics support.

Compensation & Incentives

Base Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month (depending on experience)
Performance Bonus Opportunities: Earn bonuses tied directly to operational efficiency milestones.
Entrepreneurial Track: Includes exclusive opportunities to participate in our Company Investment & Profit-Share Program, earning a percentage of net profits with a guaranteed minimum 15% annual return.

Core Responsibilities

Office & Digital Administration: Complete daily business paperwork systematically, manage digital/physical company records, and update internal spreadsheets.
Customer Support & Reservations: Answer phone inquiries, book rental reservations, and manage face-to-face customer check-ins with exceptional, stress-free hospitality.
Fleet Support & Logistics: Monitor fleet readiness, track preventative vehicle maintenance, and safely move or manage vehicles on-site to support efficient logistics. [1]
Social Media & Tech: Help update databases and execute creative social media marketing strategies to engage the community.

Qualifications & Requirements

License: Valid, current driver’s license is mandatory.
Computer Proficiency: 1 year of Microsoft Office experience preferred; comfortable updating software and tracking spreadsheets.
Experience Plusses: 1 year of customer service or administrative experience. Prior backgrounds in the automotive industry or professional social media management are highly preferred.
