We are seeking a Physician's Assistant in Gastroenterology to provide comprehensive patient care through assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, medication management, education, documentation, coordination, and follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients and obtain medical histories.
- Perform physical examinations.
- Order and interpret diagnostic testing.
- Develop treatment plans.
- Manage medications.
- Educate patients about their care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Coordinate care and provide follow-up.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in physician assistant practice.
AGA a 20-year-old organization with 18 Physicians in Arizona. Excellent reputation.
Gastroenterologists interested in a locum/ part-time & full-time position are welcome to apply. This can be extended to a full-time position if interests evolve mutually over time.
