Maxim Healthcare is hiring RNs and LPNs for multiple 1:1 homecare opportunities throughout Clinton and the surrounding areas. Full-time, part-time, PRN, day, night, and weekend opportunities available. We currently have multiple patient openings with immediate scheduling opportunities. Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour Sign-On Bonus: $1,200 - $1,750 Weekly Pay

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled 1:1 nursing care for pediatric and/or adult patients in the home setting
• Follow the patient's plan of care and physician orders
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient condition and report changes to the clinical team
• Assist with trach care, ventilator care, G-tube feedings, seizure monitoring, diabetic care, and other skilled nursing needs as applicable
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Partner with patients and families to deliver high-quality care

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of Tennessee
• Current Health Certificate (per facility).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior LPN experience preferred.
