Demonstrated ability to work across multiple technologies and problem domains without rigid specialization. Experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable production systems. Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, APIs, and distributed systems concepts. Hands‑on experience incorporating AI‑powered development tools and LLM‑based workflows into daily engineering practices. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, low‑ego approach to problem solving. Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and independently drive initiatives forward. Highly Valued Experience Founder or startup‑building experience. History of shipping products from zero‑to‑one or scaling products through rapid growth phases. Strong portfolio of personal projects, open‑source contributions, technical blogs, demos, or side ventures. Experience building customer‑facing SaaS, eCommerce, marketplace, AI, or platform products.
