The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in civil litigation matters and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The firm offers a competitive salary, top-tier benefits, a great location, and a friendly, collaborative atmosphere.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and draft legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, discovery, record summaries and subpoenasConduct and research facts to prepare case accordinglyPrepare summaries and organize document files for discovery and trialResearch and analyze legal resources such as statutes, judicial decisions, legal articles, treaties, etcProvide case management and organization from inception; discovery, trial and post-trial support.
