Roselawn is conveniently located in a St. Paul neighborhood clinic on Sloan Place that offers comprehensive care for your entire family, through all stages of life. Join a welcoming, community-focused Family Medicine practice serving a diverse St. Paul population, including Karen, Hmong, immigrant and refugee families. Roselawn offers the opportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and generations of families while practicing broad-spectrum Family Medicine.
