We are currently hiring for a full-time Clinical Manager to work alongside our Practice Administrator to help manage our Philadelphia, PA offices./ppThe candidate will be responsible for all Operations (both clinical and administrative), EMR compliance, Billing, HR, Payroll, etc. Please note this role is entitled to a $500 sign on bonus./ppstrongResponsibilities:/strong/pulliManage multiple clinical offices with staff of 80 and up to 6 physicians per day/liliOversee EMR, make sure proper workflows are followed and ensure compliance with policies/liliProvide HR support to all employees, including employee relations, payroll, benefits, etc./liliEnsure that physicians are provided the proper support to maintain productivity/liliAudit all cash, follow workflows for cash management and collections/liliOversee all office billing, ensuring that charges are entered in a timely manner. Audit for inconsistencies and/or rejections/liliManage patient scheduling and physician credentialing/liliProvide direct oversight of quality metrics and ensure high-quality, patient-focused care delivery/liliOther duties as assigned/li/ulpstrongRequirements:/strong/pulliMust have a current RN license, BSN required/liliMust have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a medical office setting/liliMust have a minimum of 3-5 years of management experience/liliMust be have the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment/liliStrong computer skills are a must/liliExperience with an EMR is a plus/li/ulpstrongBenefits:/strong/ppCardiology Consultants of Philadelphia provides medical, vision, dental, 401k, profit sharing, LTD, generous PTO, and paid holiday time./pp*If you are hired, and assuming your employment is in good standing, you will receive the sign-on bonus.
