The Role: Account Manager / Insurance Consultant

We’re looking for a licensed Florida insurance professional who’s ready for a role where their expertise is respected, their voice is heard, and their career has room to grow.

• Active Florida P&C license (4-40 or 2-20)

• Solid insurance knowledge and client service experience

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

$50,000+ yearly

• Serve as a trusted insurance advisor for an established book of personal lines clients

• Conduct proactive account and renewal reviews, helping clients understand their coverage, options, and changing insurance needs

• Identify coverage gaps and opportunities to better protect clients through additional products or policy changes

• Evaluate renewal options and determine when remarketing or alternative coverage should be explored

• Manage policy changes, underwriting requirements, cancellations, non-renewals, billing concerns, and other service needs from start to finish

• Navigate complex or escalated client situations with confidence, empathy, and sound judgment

• Maintain accurate documentation and proactively manage your workload, follow-ups, and deadlines

• Collaborate with producers, underwriting partners, and the broader DIG team to deliver an exceptional client experience

• Possess a valid Florida P&C insurance license 4-40 or 2-20

• Ability to handle customer interactions professionally and courteously

• Demonstrate exceptional communication, interpersonal, and follow-through skills

• Project a professional appearance and attitude
