Navra is seeking compassionate and motivated School-Based Occupational Therapists to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year in the Lockport Heights, IL area . We have both full-time and part-time opportunities available for professionals who are passionate about helping students develop the skills they need to participate, learn, and succeed in their educational environment.

Position Overview

As a School Occupational Therapist, you will work with students across a variety of grade levels and educational settings to support their fine motor, sensory processing, visual-motor, self-care, and functional participation skills. You will collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized strategies that promote student success.

We offer flexible placements designed to align with your experience, preferred caseload, and professional goals.

Student Populations

• Opportunities available across all grade levels, K-12
• Students with a variety of developmental, physical, sensory, and educational needs
• Diverse school-based settings including general and special education programs

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Occupational Therapist License (or eligibility to obtain)
• School-based experience preferred, but not required
• Strong understanding of student-centered intervention and educational collaboration
• Ability to work effectively with educators, families, and related service providers
