Work Environment\nThis position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to engage with patients from the comfort of your own home while maintaining productivity and connectivity with our team. Our office operates during standard business hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with opportunities for occasional evening and weekend shifts as needed to accommodate client schedules.

- Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each individual's mental health status. \n
- Collaborate with clients to design customized treatment plans that prioritize their specific goals, preferences, and circumstances, thereby fostering a therapeutic alliance. \n
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to effectively manage and treat mood disorders. \n
- Provide educational resources and emotional support to clients and their families, empowering them with knowledge about mood disorders, treatment options, and essential self-care strategies. \n
- Monitor and assess client progress throughout the treatment process, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on evolving needs and outcomes. \n
- Collaborate actively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated and holistic care, ensuring the best outcomes for our clients. \n
- Stay informed on the latest research in the field of mental health, particularly regarding mood disorders, to enhance the effectiveness of therapeutic approaches. \n
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to ethical and legal standards for documentation and information sharing. \n
- Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings to discuss treatment progress and refine best practices in the treatment of mood disorders. \n
- Act as an advocate for clients, promoting understanding and acceptance of mental health issues within the broader community. \n
In this role, you will primarily work with individuals facing challenges from mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n
- Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California. \n
- Minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience, with a focus on mood disorders preferred. \n
- Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly CBT and DBT. \n
- Strong collaborative skills paired with a thorough understanding of psychopharmacology to effectively work alongside psychiatrists and other medical professionals. \n
- Proven history of successful client outcomes in mood disorder treatment and a commitment to ongoing professional development. \n
- Exceptional communication skills, fostering rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. \n

- Experience in outpatient clinical settings, particularly in teletherapy or remote counseling environments. \n
- Familiarity with integrated care models that emphasize the collaboration of therapeutic services with medical interventions. \n
