Forklift Operator - Sit-Down

Covington, LA

A local company in Covington, Louisiana is hiring a full-time Sit-Down Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations. This role focuses on safely moving, pulling, and organizing inventory while ensuring timely loading and staging of products.

*MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE*

Job Details

Pay: $17-$18 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Type: Full-Time, Day Shift

Responsibilities

Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently
Pull, move, and stack warehouse inventory
Load and unload trucks
Organize and stage products for shipment
Maintain a clean and safe work area

Requirements

Prior sit-down forklift experience required
Ability to load trucks and stack inventory accurately
Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures
Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
