Our goal is to foster a culture where therapists feel supported, communication is encouraged, and quality patient care remains the priority.Meaningful Patient CareAs an Occupational Therapist, you'll play an important role in helping residents regain independence, improve functional abilities, and participate in the daily activities that matter most to them.From helping someone regain confidence with dressing and self-care to developing strategies that support a safe return to everyday routines, your expertise can make a lasting difference.Clinical Autonomy with Organizational SupportAdvantageCare Rehabilitation was founded by therapists who understand the importance of professional judgment and individualized treatment.We believe our clinicians should feel empowered to use their expertise while having access to the collaboration and support needed to provide exceptional care.Full-Time Stability and Professional GrowthLooking for an opportunity where you can build meaningful relationships, expand your clinical skills, and establish yourself within a supportive rehabilitation organization?This full-time position offers the chance to become an integral member of the Holy Family Manor therapy team while continuing to grow professionally.Collaborative Interdisciplinary CareYou'll have the opportunity to work alongside Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, Occupational Therapy Assistants, Speech-Language Pathologists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.We believe great patient outcomes begin with strong teamwork, open communication, and a shared commitment to helping residents succeed.What You'll DoAs a Full-Time Occupational Therapist at Holy Family Manor, you'll provide individualized, evidence-based rehabilitation services that help residents improve independence and quality of life.Your responsibilities will include:Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations to assess functional abilities, activities of daily living (ADLs), cognitive and perceptual skills, upper-extremity function, and rehabilitation needs.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings, resident goals, and functional outcomes.Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions to improve independence with dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and other meaningful daily activities.Address upper-extremity strength, coordination, range of motion, fine motor skills, and functional performance.Incorporate therapeutic activities, adaptive equipment, compensatory strategies, and environmental modifications as appropriate.Evaluate resident progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical response and functional improvement.Provide appropriate direction and supervision to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants in accordance with Pennsylvania practice requirements.Collaborate with Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, nursing, physicians, and other interdisciplinary team members.Educate residents, families, and caregivers on safety strategies, adaptive techniques, and recommendations that support continued independence.Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional, regulatory, and facility standards.Participate in care planning, progress reviews, and discharge recommendations.Contribute to a positive, collaborative, patient-centered rehabilitation environment.Who We're Looking ForWe're looking for an Occupational Therapist who brings compassion, clinical expertise, and a genuine commitment to helping others.Required Qualifications:Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy program.Current Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure prior to employment.Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.Commitment to delivering individualized, high-quality occupational therapy services.Experience in skilled nursing, geriatrics, or post-acute rehabilitation is a plus, but not required.
