Comprehensive supervision is provided for SLP-CFs, ensuring a supportive and enriching experience.

What you’ll need:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active or eligible Florida SLP license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) for SLPs or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CF)
• Passion for working with students in diverse school-based settings
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

What you’ll do:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Participate in ongoing professional development and school-based meetings
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district policies
• Engage as part of a multidisciplinary team in a student-focused environment
