Fulfillment & Warehouse AssociateThe Fulfillment & Warehouse Associate will support the day-to-day movement, organization, packing, and fulfillment of products within the Herbal Goodness warehouse. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being active, working with machines and equipment, and making sure products move efficiently through the warehouse.The associate will support order fulfillment, inventory movement, receiving, packing, labeling, warehouse organization, and general operational tasks. The role will also assist with machine operations and forklift activities when trained and authorized.The associate will also support social media content by helping capture product photos, videos, packaging content, warehouse activities, and behind-the-scenes content.The ideal candidate is dependable, energetic, comfortable working with equipment, and willing to jump in wherever support is needed.Key ResponsibilitiesPick, pack, and prepare customer and business orders for shipmentMove products, boxes, supplies, and materials throughout the warehouseReceive, unload, organize, and store incoming inventoryAssist with loading and unloading shipmentsSupport product labeling, packaging, and fulfillment activitiesPrepare products and materials for production and fulfillmentOrganize warehouse shelves, pallets, products, and suppliesAssist with inventory counts and stock organizationOperate warehouse machines and equipment as trainedOperate a forklift when trained and authorizedAssist with setting up, running, monitoring, and cleaning warehouse or production equipmentKeep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safeFollow warehouse safety procedures and company operating standardsHelp identify damaged products, inventory discrepancies, or fulfillment issuesSupport shipping and receiving activitiesHelp create product photos, short videos, packaging content, and behind-the-scenes social media contentSupport other warehouse and operational activities as assignedQualifications & RequirementsHigh school diploma or senior in high school graduating soonPrevious experience in warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, production, machine operation, or forklift operation is preferredStrong interest in working with machines, equipment, and hands-on operationsWillingness and ability to learn how to operate warehouse equipment safelyForklift experience or certification is preferredComfortable lifting, carrying, moving, and organizing boxes and products throughout a shiftAbility to stand and remain active for extended periodsStrong attention to detailDependable and punctualAble to follow instructions and established proceduresComfortable working independently and as part of a teamComfortable helping create simple social media contentPositive attitude and willingness to support different warehouse tasks as neededWhat We're Looking ForWe are especially interested in someone who genuinely enjoys machines, equipment, warehouse operations, and hands-on work.You should be the type of person who likes figuring out how things work, enjoys staying busy, and does not mind moving between different tasks throughout the day.We are looking for someone who is dependable, eager to learn, and excited about developing practical skills in fulfillment, equipment operation, and warehouse operations.High school seniors graduating soon are welcome to apply.
