Location: Taunton, MA (In-Person)

At Community Empowerment Services (CES), we’ve intentionally built a practice that allows clinicians to focus on meaningful clinical work while remaining connected to a supportive team. 

 
We are seeking independently licensed clinicians (LICSW or LMHC) to join our interdisciplinary outpatient behavioral health practice in Taunton. 

 
Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Clinical leadership and supervision opportunities may also be available for qualified candidates interested in mentorship, professional development, and supporting newer clinicians. 

 
We are particularly interested in candidates who enjoy working with children, adolescents, and families, although opportunities exist across a variety of client populations and specialties.

Position Overview
Licensed clinicians provide outpatient psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families depending on their areas of interest, expertise, and clinical strengths. 

 
Responsibilities Include:  

• Providing outpatient psychotherapy services 
• Conducting assessments and treatment planning 
• Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation 
• Participating in consultation and interdisciplinary collaboration 
• Supporting a positive, engaged, and professional clinical culture 

 
Qualified clinicians may have opportunities to provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical leadership support. 

 
Qualifications  

• Active Massachusetts LICSW or LMHC 
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills 
• Commitment to ethical and evidence-based care 
• Interest in collaboration and professional growth 
• Passion for helping individuals and families achieve meaningful change 

Compensation & Benefits  
Full-time licensed clinicians typically earn $90,000–$100,000+ annually based on caseload, experience, schedule consistency, and additional responsibilities such as supervision or leadership activities.  

Part-time opportunities are available with flexible scheduling options.
