** Johnson Service Group (JSG) is a nationally recognized professional staffing and recruiting firm that is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to fill a contract assignment in the Atlanta, GA area.

Estimated to last 8 month duration as a temporary position.

Local candidates preferred.

US Citizenship required.

Job Title: Business Analyst

Experience:

10 to 15 years of experience

Responsibilities:

·       A Business Analyst with 10 to 15 years of experience is:

·       Responsible for idea generation, development and implementation.

·       They also modify business processes for use in other departments.

·       They achieve this by detailing the concept of the process.

·       Detailing gives an insight into the effectiveness of the process.

·       If there are unproductive techniques, the analyst can find a workable solution.

·       Identify and communicate with key stakeholders

·       Gather review and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics using data analytics tools.

·       Liaise between various business departments and groups

·       Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations.

·       Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams.

This position may require some bending, lifting, climbing, prolonged sitting, prolonged walking, walking on gravel or crawling when necessary.
