Enea Landscape Architecture is seeking a design-driven Project Manager / Associate to join our Miami studio. This key leadership role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional landscape architecture projects.

You will oversee projects from concept through construction, managing timelines, budgets, consultants, and client relationships while ensuring the highest design and documentation standards. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to guide projects across all phases with precision and clarity.

As a boutique studio, we value initiative and collaboration. Associates work closely with senior leadership while mentoring junior team members, helping elevate design thinking and foster a culture of shared growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of project management experience in landscape architecture

• Professional experience and strong proficiency in Landscape Architecture

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or Architecture

• Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and oversee projects across all phases

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and multidisciplinary teams

• Knowledge of regional plant palettes and climate considerations is advantageous

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign, and Adobe Creative Suite required
