Job Overview
We are seeking a senior Life Sciences Business Applications Practice Lead to establish, lead, and expand a consulting and delivery practice focused on enterprise business applications for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and healthcare organizations.

This leadership position combines practice strategy, business development, technology consulting, revenue growth, and delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the strategic vision, growth roadmap, and service offerings for the Business Applications practice.

Build consulting capabilities, delivery frameworks, methodologies, accelerators, and best practices.

Develop business plans, go-to-market strategies, and account expansion initiatives.

Lead executive client relationships, business development opportunities, proposals, and SOW development.

Drive practice revenue growth, sales pipeline management, and forecasting.

Oversee delivery of enterprise business application programs and managed services engagements.

Establish delivery governance, operational KPIs, risk management, and quality standards.

Build and mentor teams of consultants, solution architects, business analysts, and project managers.

Provide strategic guidance across CRM, Medical Affairs, Patient Services, Regulatory, Quality, and Data & Analytics platforms.

Support digital transformation initiatives across Life Sciences organizations.

Required Qualifications

12+ years in Life Sciences consulting, technology services, or pharmaceutical/biotechnology organizations.

7+ years leading business applications, digital transformation, or enterprise technology initiatives.

5+ years managing consulting teams and client engagements.

Demonstrated success building and scaling consulting practices.

Strong business development, revenue growth, and executive stakeholder management capabilities.

Domain expertise in one or more of Commercial Operations, Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, Patient Services, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Pharmacovigilance, or Supply Chain.

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, IT, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

Technology & Domain Expertise

CRM & Commercial: Salesforce Health Cloud, Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Veeva CRM, Veeva Align.

Clinical & Regulatory: Veeva Vault Clinical, Veeva Vault RIM, Medidata, CTMS.

Patient Services: Hub Services, Patient Engagement, Case Management, Specialty Pharmacy Integrations.

Quality & Compliance: Veeva Vault Quality, ComplianceWire, LMS, Document Management.

Data & Analytics: Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Tableau, MDM.

Preferred: MBA or relevant advanced degree and proven experience growing Life Sciences technology consulting practices.
