The engineer will contribute to the performance and operability analysis for aerospace turbomachinery in a collaborative and technical environment.ResponsibilitiesBuild, debug, refine, and maintain steady state and transient thermal models using NPSS (Numerical Propulsion System Simulation) Develop NPSS customer models Foster productive knowledge transfer of NPSS modeling techniques Perform requirements analysis and requirements decomposition Communicate effectively to leadership, customers, and peers including presentations and technical reports Work collaboratively across cross-functional disciplines and teams QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as sciences, technology, or engineering 7 years of experience with turbine engine performance and operability modeling and analysis Demonstrated ability to perform the duties of this position through relevant experience, training, or education We thank all applicants for their interest.
