Clinical Access Navigator for Families
NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF BLACK SOCIAL WORKERS
Catholic Community Services (FBH Northend, Tacoma) seeks a Clinical Access Specialist to determine eligibility and facilitate access to intensive behavioral health services for children and families in home and community settings. The role requires engaging families, completing CANS and other assessments, and coordinating referrals with supervisors.
