Karpatia Trucks designs and manufactures custom food trucks, concession trailers and specialty vehicles, with US production in Middlebury, Indiana, and a Hungarian team in Budapest. We are looking for an English- and Spanish-speaking representative who combines useful customer conversations with dependable sales coordination and follow-through.

Applications are welcome internationally, subject to confirmation of a suitable hiring arrangement in your work location. Professional English and Spanish and dependable Americas business-hours coverage are mandatory. The exact coverage schedule will be agreed during hiring.

You will help turn enquiries into qualified opportunities, keep appointments and proposals moving, and make sure every active opportunity has a clear owner and next step. This role combines sales support, business development and sales operations, working closely with the senior salesperson and our estimating and design teams.

What you will do

• Respond promptly to new leads in English and Spanish. Understand each customer's intended use, requirements, budget, timing and decision process, and identify a useful next step.

• Book, confirm and reschedule appointments; prepare the customer context, questions and information the salesperson needs for a productive conversation.

• Follow up persistently and personally by the appropriate channel. Address questions, bring relevant information and move opportunities toward a clear decision.

• Prepare and revise proposals using approved pricing and technical input. Check scope, options, exclusions and version accuracy before review or sending.

• Keep Pipedrive accurate: contact history, deal ownership, deal value, next action and follow-up dates. Flag stalled opportunities and missing information early.

• Coordinate sales, estimating and design input. Escalate technical questions, unapproved commitments and complex negotiations or closing to the appropriate owner.

• Support business development through targeted research and relevant prospect or account follow-up.

• Use AI to assist with research, first drafts, summaries and checks. Verify facts, numbers and customer context yourself; you remain responsible for accuracy.

• Support complete records for the handover of signed projects to project management.

What you bring

• Strong spoken and written English and Spanish, including the ability to hold a useful customer conversation in both languages. Both are required.

• Dependable availability during Americas business hours is required; the exact coverage schedule will be agreed during hiring.

• Evidence of effective lead qualification, appointment coordination and personalized follow-up in a sales or customer-facing role.

• Careful CRM habits, accurate written work and the ability to coordinate several active opportunities without losing the next action.

• Commercial judgment: you know what you can answer, what needs checking and when to involve a specialist.

• Confidence using digital tools and AI while checking their output critically. Pipedrive and Pandadoc experience are useful. xhyhwjd
