A leading restaurant group with multiple locations across South Louisiana is seeking an experienced general manager to drive success and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members. General Manager Benefits & Compensation

  • Base salary of $42,500
  • Uncapped bonus at 5% of controllable profit
  • On-target earnings ranging from $60K-$100K+, depending on restaurant volume
  • Health insurance with optional dental and vision coverage
  • 1 week paid time off in the first year, increasing to 2 weeks after the second year
  • Positive, high-energy culture focused on teamwork and coaching
General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a fast-food general manager with drive-thru operations
  • Proven experience in hiring, training, scheduling, and managing team performance
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • Track record of achieving sales, service, and operational goals
  • Willingness to work 50+ hours per week
General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a supportive and energetic environment
  • Ensure outstanding guest experiences and uphold quality service standards
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing staff development
  • Manage inventory, food quality, and accurate scheduling to optimize restaurant operations
  • Monitor financial performance, including labor and food costs, and drive profit growth
  • Engage with the local community to build brand awareness and boost sales
