Your Role and Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough patient evaluations, ordering necessary diagnostic tests, and creating tailored care plans
• Diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, or chronic conditions in collaboration with physicians or independently as permitted by credentials
• Empowering patients and families with knowledge regarding prevention, wellness, and chronic disease management
• Prescribing medications and therapies within your scope of practice
• Engaging in patient follow-up and managing chronic health conditions
• Working with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive and holistic care
• Meticulously documenting patient information in electronic medical records (EMR)

Qualifications and Education

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Required Certifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Arkansas
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or equivalent specialty certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
