Lead Business Systems Analyst

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Lead Business Systems Analyst will formulate, define, and document system/application objectives while collaborating with various teams to support actuarial valuations and investments divisions. Key responsibilities Document system/application scope and objectives while working closely with systems architecture and development teams Gather, document, and analyze requirements for complex, multi-platform applications throughout the system development lifecycle Act as the primary liaison between key business areas and systems teams, communicating project feasibility, status, and issues to stakeholders Required qualifications 8-10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent experience Demonstrated collaborative team skills with proven leadership capabilities Experience in vendor engagement for resolving contract personnel issues Strong ability to forge and maintain business partnerships Background in software development is a plus
