Warehouse Associate (Order Picker) - Spanish required

Job Description Job Description We are hiring a dependable Night Shift Order Picker to support our warehouse operations. This role focuses exclusively on picking customer orders accurately and efficiently. Forklift experience is not required. Key Responsibilities: Pick customer orders according to pick tickets or system instructions Verify product, quantity, and condition before staging orders Stage completed orders for loading Maintain accuracy and meet nightly productivity expectations Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Follow all warehouse safety and company policies Requirements: Warehouse or order picking experience preferred (not required) Ability to work night shift consistently Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Attention to detail and accuracy Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Forklift experience not required This position requires compliance with company safety policies, including a pre-employment drug screening.
