Critical Access RN (Emergency Room Nurse) A Critical Access RN (Emergency Room Nurse) will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. This individual will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients in emergency situations, as well as collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities and Duties Assessing and triaging patients in the emergency room Administering medications and treatments as ordered by physicians Monitoring and documenting patient vital signs and symptoms Communicating with patients and their families about their condition and treatment plan Collaborating with physicians, technicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care Participating in emergency response teams and code situations Qualifications and Skills Valid RN license BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency room setting Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize and multitask in a high-stress environment #J-18808-Ljbffr ANCESTOR HEALTH
