Job Title

Contributes to meeting or exceeding store sales and profit targets by championing individual uniqueness, inspiring consumer loyalty, and achieving Store KPI targets through an emotional connection with customers and living Brand Values. Utilizes expertise to serve and sell, execute store operations, and assume leadership responsibilities. Role models a culture of consumer centricity and drives metrics in one of four Pillars: Selling and Service, People, Operations, or Visual Excellence.

Key Accountabilities include allocating resources, creating an appealing shopping environment, maximizing product offer, minimizing loss, assuming manager on duty responsibilities, maintaining a safe environment, motivating team members, providing feedback, acting as a Brand Ambassador, and adhering to policies and procedures.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities include operating computers and POS systems, learning quickly, strong interpersonal and communication skills, operating independently, building effective working relationships, and maintaining attendance and punctuality.

Physical Requirements include talking, hearing, standing, walking, using hands, lifting up to 50 pounds, and specific vision abilities.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, being 18 years or older, minimum 12 months experience in a retail environment, advanced selling experience, and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
