This individual will serve as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams, ensuring the accurate and timely movement of freight and information. The role requires strong attention to detail, a customer first mindset, and the ability to coordinate across warehouse, transportation, and operations teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, reliable, and eager to become a trusted "go to" resource while supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence.Day-to-Day Perform accurate and timely data entry for receiving, shipping, allocation, and inventory Generate and manage all paperwork for customer work orders and shipments Provide warehouse staff with documentation and instructions for receiving and shipping Coordinate special or last minute shipping requests, expediting as needed Ensure accurate and timely billing for clients and vendors Seal and unseal trailers as required Maintain accurate inventory records and post updates in EDMS Train and support new team members on processes and procedures Maintain current SOPs for each customer account Attend client calls and support onboarding or transitions of new business Respond to customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently Report customer feedback and potential dissatisfaction to management Support staffing needs in coordination with onsite staffing and operations leadership Contribute to vendor relationship management (e.g., trucking companies) Support miscellaneous projects, filing, audits, and research Ensure all work complies with company policies, OPS standards, and regulationsExact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
