In-Home Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Part Time) - Grangeville, ID

Signify Health, part of CVS Health®, is seeking a Part Time Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide In-Home Health Evaluations, engaging with people in the comfort of their own homes and helping bridge gaps in care. Job Highlights The visit lasts about 45 minutes, includes medication and medical history review, a physical evaluation, and optional diagnostic tests such as diabetic eye exams and spirometry. The clinician uses an iPad and an intuitive clinical workflow for each evaluation and is not required to prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter a patient’s current treatment regimen. You must be able to safely perform duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke, and other potential allergens or irritants.
