Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate Exxon onsite resources to schedule rooms and resources.
Manage logistics for the project, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
Utilize Smartsheet for project tracking and management.
Oversee End User Computing (EUC) activities related to the project.
Perform administrative tasks associated with the project.
Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
Required Skills:
Proven experience in coordinating onsite resources and logistics.
Proficiency in Smartsheet.
Experience with End User Computing (EUC) environments.
Strong administrative skills.
Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in similar large-scale IT refresh projects.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
