Benefits: 401(k) LIVE Hydration Spa is looking for an outgoing, dependable, and client-focused Front Desk / Client Experience Associate to join our team. Our front desk team plays an important role in creating the experience our clients have from the moment they walk through the door. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys people, communicates well, takes initiative, and can help clients feel comfortable and cared for. This is a part-time position. We are currently looking for someone who is available Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 2pm - 6pm, along with some weekend shifts. What You'll Do Welcome clients and create a friendly, positive first impression Schedule appointments and manage client check-in and checkout Answer phone calls, texts, and client questions Learn our wellness services and confidently explain options to clients Help clients identify services and memberships that fit their goals Educate clients about IV therapy, injections, PEMF, red light therapy, peptides, and other wellness services Support membership enrollment and client retention Keep the front desk and spa clean, organized, and ready for clients Assist nurses and other team members as needed Follow up with clients and help ensure questions are answered Take ownership of problems and help find solutions rather than simply passing them along Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Has a warm, outgoing personality and enjoys talking with people Provides excellent customer service Is comfortable recommending and selling services without being pushy Is dependable and shows up ready to work Communicates clearly and professionally Can multitask in a busy environment Pays attention to details and follows through Is comfortable learning about health, wellness, and our services Works well as part of a small team Looks for ways to help without always needing to be asked Previous front desk, hospitality, retail, spa, fitness, or sales experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.
