Field Service SupervisorThe Field Service Supervisor is primarily responsible to support and mentor the Operations team by acting as front-line field support. They will be required to plan and execute high profile operations, with a focus on operational excellence and overall job quality. As a supervisor in the operation, they will be required to run all NCS bottom hole assemblies and cased hole completion systems in any area that NCS performs work.Key areas of responsibility:Responsible for operation and proper configuration of downhole fracturing and completion tools and systems for intended job and well designEnsure that operational specifications (limits) of the down hole tools are not exceededEnsure down hole tools and equipment are configured correctly for intended jobLiaise between pumping/coil services and energy company to ensure job successProvides front-line support for customer with a high degree of professionalismCommunicate and work with customers, rig, coil, frac and other third-party personnelAccurately complete job reports, create tool assembly schematics, and field service orders upon completion of job in a timely mannerReport any non-conformance in a timely mannerActively participate in post-job analysis and after-action reviewsPrepare equipment for each specific jobAll NCS tools and equipment looked after in a professional manner i.e.: tools clean and paintedHelp to promote safe work practices and higher standards of performanceSupport and uphold HS&E policies and procedures of NCS and the customerAlign individual goals with NCS's corporate goals, while adhering to and promoting the NCS PromiseParticipate in Personal Development for Success (PDS)Other duties, relevant to the position, shall be assigned as requiredKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:High School Diploma or GED equivalentTechnical Certificate/Diploma or Degree; preferredMinimum of 5 years of direct industry experienceIndustry related experience, coiled tubing, drilling rigs, fracturing, drilling/service, and downhole tool operationsValid Driver's licenseProficient with Microsoft Office SuitesWork with other teams, and exhibit effective communicationSelf-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skillsExcellent judgement, ability to plan, high level of efficiency & work ethicAbility to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, manage prioritiesAbility to handle stressful situationsAbility to perform job responsibilities in all weather conditionsAbility to perform job in remote locationsEligibility to work in US, Canada, and international marketsPerform physical labor, when necessary, in addition to standing or travelling for long periods of timeAbility to move or lift 25lbs – 50lbsAdditional Information:Employment Classification: Full-time, RegularWork Schedule: Typically 12-hour shifts, on call 24/7Special Equipment: Cell Phone & LaptopTravel: Domestic and International travel required oftenEligibility: Field Compensation RatesBonus: EligibleCriminal background check required for all positionsSafety sensitive positions will require additional pre-employment testingCore Competencies:Teamwork/Collaboration – Able to work cooperatively with other individualsService Focus – Builds & maintains customer satisfaction and provides excellent service to internal & external customersDecision Making – Able to make decisions and solve problems of varied levels of complexity using logical, systematic, and sequential approachEthics & Integrity – Trustworthiness and ethical behavior with consideration for impact & consequence when making decisions/taking actionProblem Solving – Ability to approach a problem by using a logical, systematic, sequential approachContinuous Improvement – Ongoing improvement of products, services, or processes through incremental & breakthrough improvementsAccountability – Obligation or willingness to be answerable for an outcome
