Blue Max Trucking ( is a 42-year-old trucking company that operates Dump Trucks and Dump Trailers in the Carolinas and Georgia. We are based out of Charlotte, NC but have a total of 6 locations.

We are looking to hire an attorney to act as in-house counsel for a variety of legal, compliance, contractual and / or advisory areas. Will mold the role to the applicant’s fit (since needs are general) but envisioning more of a junior in-house role ideally with some experience in a few of the following areas: general/construction litigation, workers comp, insurance defense, employment law, contract drafting and/or general safety / compliance. Having prior experience dealing with the transportation industry, DOT, FMCSA, etc. is a plus but not required. Mostly (or fully) in-person role based out of either Charlotte, NC or Summerville or Conway, SC. If you or know someone who may be interested, please pass along and message me for more details.
