Junior Property Manager

About the Role We are seeking a Jr. Property Manager to support the launch and growth of our Providence, Rhode Island portfolio. This individual will be our first team member based in Providence and will operate as a local extension of our Boston-based Property Operations team. In the early months, this role will focus heavily on supporting property inspections, acquisition due diligence, vendor sourcing, and onboarding newly acquired residential properties. As the Providence portfolio grows, responsibilities will expand into full day-to-day property management and resident services. This position will be based in Providence and will operate out of a local workspace, with regular coordination and structured reporting to Boston leadership. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, comfortable working independently, and excited to help implement established systems in a new market. #J-18808-Ljbffr
