Volunteer Computer Science Mentor

Kinetic Minds helps kids in grades 3–5 build confidence, curiosity, and creative problem‑solving through Scratch coding, circuits, and hands‑on STEM. Our workshops are playful, supportive, and rooted in the belief that kids thrive when they feel encouraged and seen. About the Volunteer Mentor Role We’re looking for Volunteer Mentors who want to make a real impact. As a mentor, you’ll support the Lead Instructor, guide young coders as they work through Scratch projects, and help create a fun, confidence‑building environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for CS students or recent grads looking for real mentoring experience, communication practice, and service hours. The role starts with 1–2 workshops per month , with the opportunity to take on more sessions and responsibilities as programs expand and new offerings launch.
