Assisted Living Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) | PM and NOC Shift Location: Arlington Heights, IL Salary: $30.00–$39.00 per hour with $2 shift differential Company: The Lutheran Home Hearthstone Assisted Living Schedule Full‑time. Shifts: 3 pm–11 pm and 11 pm–7 am. The rotation alternates each weekend between PM and NOC shifts. Responsibilities Provide compassionate and holistic care to residents, focusing on their physical, emotional, and mental well‑being. Conduct diligent assessments, monitor health status, and develop personalized care plans. Communicate effectively with residents and their families, establishing trusting relationships. Ensure residents receive timely medical attention and support to thrive. Qualifications Current Illinois Licensed Practical Nursing license. At least one year of nursing experience. Ability to comprehend and perform oral and written instructions and procedures. Experience working with older adults is preferred.
