Responsibilities

Evaluates and treats outpatients at the NeuroRehab and Balance Center located on the Southview Hospital Campus. Experience with neuro patients is essential for this position. Main diagnoses treated include Stroke, Parkinson's, MS, ALS, TBI Major tasks and duties include, but are not limited to: direct patient care, consulting with physician and other team members, electronic documentation, continuous quality improvement, clinical education, guest relations, and billing for patient services rendered. May be involved with a full spectrum of neuro patients, including Child, Adult and Geriatric populations

Requirements

Graduate from accredited school with a Bachelor and Master's degree in Speech Pathology Must possess or be in the process of acquiring a Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Ohio
