Overview Registered Nurse – Long-Term Care Supervisor, Lowville, New York. Start date: 09/21/2026. This 13-week travel assignment in a hospital setting offers 36 guaranteed hours per week. Key Highlights Weekly pay: $3,022 to $3,142 per week Guaranteed hours: 36 per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: Evening (every other weekend) Start date: 09/21/2026 Setting: hospital-based care environment Responsibilities Lead and supervise nursing staff on an evening shift, ensuring high-quality resident care and adherence to care plans. Provide direct patient care as a registered nurse when needed and supervise licensed and unlicensed staff (e.g., LPNs/CNAs) to support daily operations. Assess residents, monitor changes in condition, document findings, and communicate with the interdisciplinary care team for timely interventions. Administer medications and document in the medical record, ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance with policies. Facilitate care planning, participate in rounds, discharge planning, and staff education; support orientation and ongoing development of team members. Ensure regulatory compliance, infection prevention, and patient safety; report incidents and address quality improvement opportunities.
