About the Role

As the  Commercial Lines Service Manager , you get to be involved in every aspect of the agency’s non-sales operations. It’s a great opportunity to impact the company’s portfolio, retention, and future growth.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day service operations and service delivery
• Monitor workloads to ensure appropriate account distribution and staffing levels
• Maintain procedures and best practices
• Audit processes
• Assist with complex issues and help resolve escalated matters
• Ensure proper documentation and utilization of agency management systems and other technology

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5-7 years of Commercial Property and Casualty insurance industry experience
• Prior management or supervisory experience required
• State insurance license
