Executive Recruiter

CiresiMorek is a Cleveland-based executive search firm specializing in manufacturing, aerospace, and industrial markets. We partner with companies nationwide to recruit talent from management through the executive level. We’re growing and looking to add an experienced Search Consultant to our team. The Role We’re looking for a strong recruiter who can run a search, manage multiple priorities, and keep things moving. This person will manage a volume and variety of searches across different functions, levels, and locations. You need to be comfortable jumping from a Plant Manager search to a Director of HR, Quality leader, or VP-level and quickly understand the market and find the right talent. This is a hands-on recruiting role. You’ll source, recruit, interview, present candidates, manage the process, and work directly with clients. What You’ll Do Manage multiple searches at different stages at the same time Source, recruit, interview, and qualify candidates Recruit across a variety of functions and leadership levels Build targeted candidate pipelines and market maps Present qualified candidates and manage the process through placement Work directly with clients on search strategy, progress, and market feedback Keep searches moving with consistent communication and follow-up Maintain accurate search and candidate activity in PCRecruiter What We’re Looking For 3+ years of agency recruiting or search experience Experience recruiting within manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, or related markets Proven ability to manage a volume of searches and competing priorities Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levels Strong sourcing skills; you know how to find people who aren't actively applying Comfortable interviewing and assessing manager-through-executive-level candidates Confident communicating directly with clients and senior-level candidates Organized, responsive, and able to keep multiple searches moving Competitive and motivated by making placements Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS/CRM systems Why CiresiMorek You’ll join an experienced search team with an established client base and active searches.
