The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to maintaining high productivity and safety standards.Large Distribution Center in Breinigsville, PA!What's in it for you?Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!General Warehouse Associate Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 19.00 / hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 10:30am to 07:00pm)Overtime is required daily, with shifts often extending beyond 7:00 PM until all tasks are completed.Efficiently load trailers with outgoing shipments destined for customers.Safely and strategically build stable box walls from the bottom to the top inside trailers to maximize space utilization and prevent damage during transit.Cut and remove excess cardboard from around pallets, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.Perform consistent lifting of packages weighing between 25 lbs and up to 70 lbs throughout the shift.Work effectively and safely in a fast-paced, physical environment, meeting daily operational goals.General Warehouse Associate Qualifications:Ability to consistently lift and carry items weighing 25-70 lbs.Proven capacity to work productively in a fast-paced and physically demanding warehouse setting.Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to attendance.Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
