Job Summary:
Outpatient Physical Therapist in Alexandria, Virginia. This position involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and ensuring effective patient care in an outpatient setting. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Location: Alexandria, Virginia
• Schedule: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM daily, with an 8-hour shift and a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 6 months of outpatient clinical experience; CPR Certification; active/applicable license for the State of Virginia; 0 years of experience required
• Preferred Qualifications: Has successfully completed an assignment with your agency previously (highly desired); has successfully completed an assignment with the organization previously (nice to have)
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans in accordance with patient needs and physician directives. Responsible for delegation of therapy services and ensuring safety in line with organizational standards. Implements patient education and documentation following regulatory and organizational policies. Maintains professionalism and adheres to safety protocols including Safe Patient Handling and Infectious Diseases guidelines.
